What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, work email, company, and message you provide. If you attach a PDF or EPUB to a pilot request, that file uploads directly to a private storage bucket we control — it never passes through our form provider.

Why

Solely to respond to your inquiry: evaluating a pilot request, answering a question, or following up on a plan or custom pack. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, who deliver them to our inbox as our data processor. Files you attach go straight to Amazon Web Services, region eu-west-1 (Ireland), and are automatically deleted after 90 days. Neither your message nor any file you send is used to train any model.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find this page and whether our advertising is working. These only run after you accept the cookie banner; declining doesn't limit anything you can do on the site.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete what we hold about you at any time — including if you're covered by the EU/UK GDPR or a similar law elsewhere. Email hello@moderatech.io and we'll handle it directly, no form required.
